2. After-sales service:
1) Before the equipment leaves the factory:
We strictly implement the ISO9001 quality system certification standards for design, production and manufacturing, and have passed the audit of German Rhine Company (TUV). The company has European CE safety certification;
Our packaging equipment has undergone multiple rigorous tests before leaving the factory to ensure that the equipment operates well and confirm the certificate of conformity;
Before leaving the factory, the packaging equipment is equipped with Chinese and English product manuals, product operation and training videos, which include product operation instructions and solutions to common after-sales problems;
The packaging equipment will be equipped with certain free spare parts before shipment;
The packaging is strictly suitable for export packaging for long-distance transportation such as land and sea transportation.

2) Installation and commissioning of equipment and production lines and personnel training:
We will dispatch technicians to install and commission the equipment on site to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
Our technicians will train the customer's operation and maintenance personnel to teach them how to operate the equipment and detect and solve common problems;

3) After the equipment and production line are delivered:
The normal warranty period is one year;
If the customer encounters a problem, we support 7*24 hours of remote video conferencing to solve the problem for the customer;
If spare parts need to be replaced, it is free during the warranty period, and spare parts will be sent to the customer for a fee outside the warranty period;
If on-site after-sales service is required, we can also arrange after-sales technicians to come to the customer to solve after-sales problems.

Peiyu Company History:

From 2004 to 2008, Peiyu Enterprise established Shanghai Peiyu Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Zhangjiagang Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. During this period, the company developed and produced 100MLAD calcium milk special sleeve labeling machine, rotary labeling machine, medium and low speed heat shrink film packaging machine, single and double head sleeve labeling machine series, and successively established offices in Beijing, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and established a research institute in Xi'an.

From 2009 to 2011, Jiangsu Heyu Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Peiyu Packaging Technology Co., Ltd., subsidiaries of Peiyu, were established successively. They mainly engaged in the printing, design, conveyor line and air conveyor business of PVC/BOPP/PET/PE films and labels. The company developed a linear hot melt adhesive labeling machine (used by Huiyuan Group), a paper hot melt adhesive wrapping machine, a series of automatic in-and-out sterilizer devices, a high-speed heat shrink film packaging machine, a gantry palletizer, a robot palletizer, a high-low bed can unloader, a fully automatic loading and unloading cage, and a handle taping machine. Peiyu Enterprise began to formally focus on a complete set of post-process packaging solutions and won the "Tiangongzun" Top Ten Most Influential Brands and "Gold Medal Supplier in the Packaging Equipment Industry"

From 2012 to 2013, Peiyu Enterprise officially entered the can production line and successfully cooperated with well-known companies such as Yangyuan Beverages and Wanglaoji, opening a new chapter for the can production line and truly realizing full automation of the can production line. The company independently developed a high-speed glass bottle palletizer and it was used by Yanjing Beer. Due to the needs of enterprise development, Peiyu Enterprise officially settled in the Suzhou-Chuzhou Modern Industrial Park in the National Development Zone of Chuzhou, Anhui Province with the qualification of a high-tech enterprise.

In 2014-2015, Peiyu Enterprise successfully completed the whole line project for well-known companies such as Baosteel Group Baoyi Can Making, Ting Hsin Group, Southern Black Sesame, Lulu Group, Chengdu Yinlu, Shanghai Hairong, Jiyuan Youyang Beverage, Weiwei Soy Milk, Heze Bencao, Guizhou Moutai, New Zealand Newwater, Unilever, and Hangzhou Zhongya. Peiyu successfully developed an articulated arm robot case packer, a new generation of high-speed cap hanging and capping integrated equipment. At the same time, the 60,000 square meter production base invested and built by Peiyu in the Chuzhou National Development Zone has been fully completed, and all the equipment has been moved to the Anhui Peiyu factory and successfully put into production, opening a new chapter in the development of Peiyu Enterprise.

From 2016 to 2020, the sterilization kettle equipment independently developed and produced by Peiyu was successfully launched on the market and successfully used by Jilin Jinyi, Heze Bencao, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, Chengde Senyuan, France BONDUELLE, etc. This year, a packaging machine with prefabricated paper trays was newly developed and successfully put into production. In addition, the fully automatic loading and unloading cage and rotary sterilization system were successfully put into production in France BONDUTLLE, the world's largest canning company. During the same period, Peiyu Enterprise successfully exported many other equipment to Malaysia, France, Indonesia and other countries, and continued to cooperate happily with well-known domestic companies such as Yili Group and Weiwei Group.
