On February 16, our company's HDPE straightening machine had a bottle transfer servo alarm at 11:30, which could not be eliminated. At this time, about 30 tons of liquid had been prepared. If the production could not be completed within the effective time, it would cause serious cost losses to our company. After our company's maintenance personnel and your company's engineers remotely assisted, the fault was not eliminated. After learning about our company's current situation, your company's general manager Liu Dong immediately arranged for Engineer Liu Zhengmin, who was on a business trip in Heze, to take a taxi and travel 450 kilometers in 6 hours to arrive at our company's workshop at 1 a.m. that night. He immediately conducted a systematic inspection of the straightening machine and formulated measures to restore the machine to normal operation at 4 a.m. to ensure normal production, thus avoiding our company's serious cost losses.
