Wet pet food production utilizes animal meat byproducts such as liver, lungs, and kidneys not used for human consumption. Our complete production line handles processing, packaging, and sterilization for cans, trays, and pouches.
The production line processes fresh or frozen raw materials including meat, vegetables, and fish. Frozen products are handled with contamination prevention measures. Meat byproducts undergo deboning and grinding before vegetable mixing to preserve texture. Dry ingredients like grains, minerals, and vitamins are added for nutritional balance tailored to animal age and size.
After ingredient mixing, the product is transferred to packaging (cans, trays, or pouches). Airtight sealing combined with proper sterilization at 121.1°C ensures product stability and shelf life by eliminating harmful microorganisms.
Retort sterilization occurs post-packaging, heating both food and packaging for complete sterilization. Food pouches are increasingly popular due to resealability and cost-effectiveness.
