Our wet pet food production line processes animal meat byproducts (liver, lungs, kidneys) into high-quality pet food packaged in cans, trays, or pouches. The complete system includes grinding, deboning, mixing, transfer, packaging, and sterilization equipment.
Raw materials (meat, vegetables, fish) can be processed fresh or frozen. The production begins with deboning and grinding meat byproducts before mixing with vegetables to preserve texture. Dry ingredients like grains, minerals, and vitamins are added for complete nutrition tailored to pets' age and size requirements.
The finished product is packaged in airtight containers (pouches, cans, or trays) and sterilized at 121.1°C to ensure food safety and extended shelf life. Retort sterilization treats both food and packaging simultaneously. Resealable pouches offer consumer convenience and cost efficiency.
