Our wet pet food production line processes animal meat byproducts (liver, lungs, kidneys) into nutritious pet food packaged in cans, trays, or pouches. The complete system includes grinding, deboning, mixing, packaging, and sterilization equipment to ensure food safety and quality.
The production line handles both fresh and frozen raw materials while maintaining strict contamination controls. Meat byproducts are deboned and ground before mixing with vegetables to preserve texture. Nutrient-rich dry ingredients (grains, minerals, vitamins) are added according to specific dietary requirements.
After formulation, the product is packaged and undergoes retort sterilization at 121.1°C to ensure shelf stability by eliminating harmful microorganisms. Modern packaging options include convenient, resealable pouches that offer consumer-friendly dosing.
