Our wet pet food production line processes animal meat byproducts such as liver, lungs, and kidneys into nutritious pet food packaged in cans, trays, or pouches. The complete system includes grinders, deboning machines, gravy mixers, transfer equipment, packaging, and sterilization components.
The production line handles both fresh and frozen raw materials while maintaining strict contamination controls. Meat byproducts are first deboned and ground before combining with vegetables to preserve texture. We incorporate dry ingredients including grains, minerals, and specialized additives like glucosamine hydrochloride for senior dog formulations.
After mixing, the product moves to packaging where airtight sealing and retort sterilization at 121.1°C ensures food safety and shelf stability. Our modern pouch packaging offers consumer convenience with resealable features while maintaining cost efficiency.
