Application Range
This machine is widely used for secondary packaging of PET bottles, glass bottles, or metal cans, and can replace cartoning machines and their ancillary equipment.
Production capacity range: 35-100 packs per minute depending on packaging specifications.
Equipment Components and Process Flow
The equipment consists of frame, bottle conveying system, pressure control module, product grouping unit, bottle pushing unit, cardboard buffer area, cardboard conveying section, cardboard supply and transfer unit, cardboard inclined conveying section, cardboard folding and forming transition section, lower side gluing and forming section, upper side gluing and forming section, control box, and electrical cabinet.
Operation process: Cardboard is manually placed on the buffer conveyor and transported to the lifting area. Vacuum suction cups separate individual cardboard sheets, which are conveyed to the product assembly point. Products are grouped and conveyed to meet the cardboard at the assembly point, where automatic wrapping is completed through folding and gluing processes.
Cardboard Dimension Requirements
Unfolded cardboard dimensions: 250mm ≤ A ≤ 630mm, 430mm ≤ B ≤ 1260mm, C ≤ 460mm, and D ≤ 800mm.

Flatness Specifications
Maximum deflection in length direction: ≤ 0.5% of cardboard length
Maximum deflection in width direction: ≤ 0.5% of cardboard width
Storage Guidelines
- Maximum storage time: 6 months
- Optimal climate: 18-25°C at 50-70% relative humidity
- Store flat on pallets with top flattened
- Avoid direct sunlight or heat exposure
- Remove film wrapping shortly before processing in humid environments
- Reseal broken film areas with moisture-proof packaging before storage
