The Peiyu High-speed Hob Sleeve Labeling Machine represents the most advanced sleeve labeling technology available, featuring a zero-burr hob cutting system. This innovative machine can package up to 58,000 containers per hour using just one unit.
Unlike traditional machines that generate label burrs from cutter disc cutting, our machine features a cutter disc-free design. It utilizes a unique drive control system with continuous brush-down mechanism movement rather than intermittent operation, enabling high-speed sleeve labeling.
The machine employs a rotary perforation tool to create micro-holes on sleeve labels, eliminating burrs and enabling continuous operation without beat pauses.
